I just read news about sleep in Chinese newspaper. It mentioned that eight hour sleep is a must to keep you healthy. Not enough sleep will make you fat and gain weight. Not enough sleep will affect your growing hormone.
It also mentioned that the period for your skin to get repaired is between 10 PM and 5 AM. I tried to go to bed before 10 and 11 PM last week. From the mirror, I can see the difference. P, if you try to go to bed before 10 PM, maybe your acne will get better.
