okay it's time to revive the craziness. i told my mom i went to the beach, and here is what she wrote:

When go to beach, just be very careful. Do not swim in the
ocean. As far as I remembered, the ocean in California is
very very cold. Nobody goes swimming. There are a lot of
sharks. The movie 'Jaws' was filmed in California.
